The CC-APAC Conference 2025 was successfully held in Shenzhen, China on November 5th & 6th. Under the theme “Connecting Culture – Elevating Customer Experience through AI and Human Touch,” the conference brought together over 200 industry experts, thought leaders, and partners from across Asia for two days of engaging insights and collaborative discussions.
This exclusive gathering celebrated Asia's rich diversity, featuring speakers from eight different countries and regions. It showcased the synergy between cultural diversity, innovative AI applications, and the essential role of meaningful human interactions in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
